We are bound to thank God always for you brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly,(2 Thessalonians 1:3)

Although last year was hellish, 2021 is your year to go beyond the limits. Developing your faith, however, is vital. Grow your faith-improve your health. Grow your faith-improve your finances. Grow your faith-improve your relationships. Grow your faith-improve your career. Grow your faith-improve your business.

In short, everything hinges on faith. So, make a commitment to go beyond where you are.

Because you are a child of the most high God, you have been equipped to conquer whatever comes against you. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (I John 5:4).

Growing in faith will make you unstoppable, unbreakable, and unshakeable. For that reason, use this year to turn things around. Kick defeat in the face.

Equally important, God is moved by faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Revisit the gospels (Matthew 8:5-10, Matthew 15:21-28, Mark 5:22-34). Jesus responded to faith.

If you want God to move on your behalf - think faith, talk faith, act faith.

As you move forward, consider the following tips. They will get you grounded for your adventures in faith.

7 Tips

  • Be clear about why it is essential.

For example, are you tired of losing? Fighting by yourself? Asking others for help? The Bible says we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). Let the why drive you.

  • Determine what you are no longer willing to accept.

This step is vital. You cannot change what you are willing to accept.Think about the areas of your life that have remained stagnant for the last 5-10 years.

  • Note what you are willing to do.

Great faith is aggressive and persistent. The violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12). Do you plan to listen to a faith sermon or teaching every day? Do you plan to meditate on faith scriptures? .

  • Remember that faith comes by hearing and hearing (Romans 10:17).

You have to get the Word in your ears. Either read aloud or listen to CD/DVDs.

  • Set goals.

Someone proclaimed, "A goal without a plan is simply a wish." First, devise your plan (i.e. listening to faith sermons/teachings daily). Then, roll up your sleeves and get busy. You cannot afford to slip.

  • Stay on track.

Monitor your progress. Write your daily goals on a to-do-list.

  • Create a faith board.

Post scriptures, pictures, affirmations, and confessions. Be strategic! Place the board in a prominent position.
